"I am in my 80's and have had many dogs, each one loved beyond words. I have gone through numerous vets and most recently moved from Pittsburgh, Pa to Tampa. I have a new puppy, Katie is going on 4 years old. I was so so lucky to live in Riverview and started Katie with 4 Paws Veterinary Hospital on Balm Riverview.From the beginning every person, from the receptionists who greet you when you walk in, to the technicians who initiate the appointment with Dr. Tyson, was so incredibly kind and wonderful I could NOT BELIEVE IT. AND THEY ARE LIKE THIS ALL THE TIME.They are so wonderful words can't express how they make you feel when you walk in the door. They truly love your pets and make you feel that your pet will be cherished. They are so genuine and sincere you have to see it for yourself. And they are like that ALL THE TIME. My dog starts crying with happiness as soon as she walks in the door. I don't know any vet or Dr's office that has women who are as gracious and thoughtful from the moment you walk in the door I truly love each and every one of them.Dr. Tyson is equally as wonderful and I think Four Paws has set the bar for everyone to follow. Obviously the tremendous staff start with Dr. Tyson and you can tell she cares about everyone, not just your pet. 'I have a hard time writing this review because I have never known such wonderful people in a veterinarian's office. In this world where you are a number, you are not a number here. I consider myself so so lucky to know them and to have them care for my Katie. I wish the rest of the world was like this."
