My kitten had developed an infection, and I called them feeling anxious. The staff was super helpful and reassuring on the phone, immediately directing me to come in as they agreed it was most definitely an infection.Despite needing a last-minute appointment, they managed to get me in and accommodate my kitten right away. They were quick, gentle, and efficient, giving her an antibiotic shot to clear up the problem. Their ability to handle the situation with urgency and professionalism is outstanding.
